Employees of the World Congress of the Tatars took part in the “Tatarcha diktant” campaign

Today, on 14 November, the annual global campaign “Tatarcha diktant” was held at the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of Kazan Federal University. This year marks the tenth time the event has been organized. Participants wrote an excerpt from Kayum Nasyri’s text “Qabusname.”

The event was attended by Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, First Deputy Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of Tatars and Head of its Executive Committee Danis Shakirov; First Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars and Head of the Committee for Work with Tatar Public Organizations in the Regions of the Russian Federation Mars Tukaev; Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars and Head of the Committee for Work with Tatar Branches in the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Sharipov; Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars and Head of the Committee for National Education, Culture, and Sports Suleiman Rakhimov; Head of the Committee for Work with Tatar Local Historians of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars, member of the National Council, and Chairman of the Council of the Regional Public Organization “Society of Tatar Local Historians of the Republic of Tatarstan” Albert Burganov; Head of the Committee for Work with Tatar Entrepreneurs Farit Urazaev; Chairman of the Public Organization “World Forum of Tatar Youth” and Head of the Committee for Work with Tatar Youth Raynur Khasanov; Head of the Committee for Special Projects Almaz Khaliullin, and others.

Among the honored guests were the Mufti of Tatarstan Kamil Hazrat Samigullin; Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the Writers’ Union of Tatarstan Rkail Zaydulla; Director of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of KFU Radif Zamaletdinov; and Head of the Republican Agency for Press and Mass Communications “Tatmedia” Aydar Salimgarayev.

The text was read aloud by Doctor of Philology, renowned literary scholar, announcer, and Honored Cultural Worker of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation Foat Galimullin.
The “Tatarcha diktant” campaign traditionally concluded with the song “Tugan tel.”
