Entrepreneurs from Tatar Villages of Orenburg Region Gather in Asekeyevsky District

On February 14, the Entrepreneurs’ Gathering of Tatar Villages in the Orenburg Region took place in the Asekeyevsky District. Held at the District House of Culture, the event brought together numerous participants, including distinguished guests.

Key speakers included:

  • Fanir Galimov, Chairman of the All-Russian Public Organization “Tatar Villages of Russia.”
  • Liliya Yarmieva, Head of the Department for the Development and Sales of Private Household and Farming Products at the Ministry of Agriculture, Trade, Food, and Processing Industry of the Orenburg Region.
  • Irek Sharipov, Deputy Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars and Head of the Committee for Work with Regional Branches in the Republic of Tatarstan.

The event was officially opened by Salavat Gataullin, Head of the Asekeyevsky District.

Business Discussions and Site Visits

Forum participants explored regional and federal business support programs available in Asekeyevsky District and addressed key challenges faced by rural entrepreneurs. The program also included site visits to:

  • The elevator complex of Agroholding “Alga” LLC.
  • The peasant farms of Rishat Galimov and Ildar Davlyatov.

Cultural and Linguistic Heritage

Beyond business discussions, the forum emphasized the preservation of the Tatar language and national traditions. A highlight of the event was the revival of the thrilling equestrian game “Audarysh,” in which riders attempt to unseat their opponents or compel them to dismount.

This gathering served as a valuable platform for small and medium-sized entrepreneurs from the Orenburg Region, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, and Udmurtia. Participants shared experiences, expanded their networks, and explored new opportunities for collaboration in rural business development.
