Vasil Shaykhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Tatar Congress  met with the governor of the region Andrei Travnikov during the working visit to the Novosibirsk region.

During negotiations with the governor of the Novosibirsk region, it was decided to hold a federal Sabantuy 2019. in Novosibirsk. On June 8, there will be horse racing at the hippodrome for the Governor’s prize, and on June 9, the Federal Sabantui is appointed on the embankment.

We will remind, earlier it was reported that the Main national holiday of the Tatars in 2019 will be held in the city of Syktyvkar of the Komi Republic. But in some circumstances it was decided to transfer the Federal Sabantuy to Novosibirsk.

In Novosibirsk Sabantuy is  held over 20 years. Traditionally, the organizers are the Regional Tatar National Cultural Autonomy and the Novosibirsk Regional Tatar Cultural Center with the support of the Government of the Novosibirsk Region, the Novosibirsk City Hall, the House of National Cultures named after   Gennady Zavolokin.

Also today, Vasil Shaikhraziev met with Presidential Envoy to the Siberian Federal District Sergey Menyailo.
