On Friday, July 13, the Tea Festival will be held on the pedestrian street of Kayum Nasyri at the Staro-Tatar Sloboda (Old-Tatar settlement).

For the guests of the festival the  stars of the Tatar pop music  and creative collectives of Kazan will perform, at the carnival of tea Kazaners will see   a colorful parade of samovars, and at the fair they will be able to taste sweets and national pastries. Connoisseurs of tea art will be able to visit the book market with the thematic title “It’s all about tea”.

Competitions and quizzes about the national traditions of tea drinking of different countries and peoples, thematic master classes about the art of the tea table and the Tatar tea ceremony, as well as thematic lectures are waiting for the guests of the Tea Festival. A special program with games and contests will be prepared for children.

The tea party will be held from 14:00 to 19:00 on the pedestrian street of Kayum Nasyri of Staro-Tatar settlement. Free admission.
