First oblast Assembly of LSG heads, administrations and deputies of village councils of Tatar settlements in the Nizhny Novgorod oblast with participation of local entrepreneurs successfully took place in a village of Petryaksy, of the Pilninsky district. The organizers of the event are the following : RNCAT NO Council together with the regional newspaper «Tugan Yak», with support of the Ministry of Internal Regional and Municipal Policy of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Public Chamber of the Nizhny Novgorod oblast, Administration of the Pilninsky district and the Tatar Center Nur in Pilninsky district.

Heads of LSG and administrations of village councils, as well as deputies of village councils of Tatar settlements of the region, local Tatar

entrepreneurs, farmers, heads of rural production cooperative (RPC) of these territories took part in the gathering. At the gathering from 34 Tatar settlements of the region, there were heads of village councils representing 25 Tatar settlements, for various reasons there were no heads representing 9 Tatar settlements, and it turns out that heads of village councils represented 75% of the Tatar settlements of the region. In addition, from the various Tatar settlements, the meeting was attended by deputies of village councils, as well as farmers and entrepreneurs.

The main goal of the event is to strengthen friendly and business ties between the leaders of the Tatar village councils of the Nizhny Novgorod oblast, local entrepreneurs, exchange experience in managing economic issues, as well as in preserving and developing the national culture, traditions, customs and foundations of the Nizhny Novgorod Tatars, harmonizing interethnic relations.

From 10:30, in a foyer of the club in the village of Petryaks a book exhibition on history of the Nizhny Novgorod Tatars and Tatar settlements was

organized. At the same time, the members of the Assembly got acquainted and communicated with each other, discussing vital everyday issues.

From 11:15 to 13:00, in a club of the village Petryaksy a plenary session of the Assembly was held. With welcoming words to the participants of the Gathering and with their suggestions on behalf of the Administration of the Pilninsky municipal district, Deputy Head of administration Salnikova Svetlana Valeryevna made a speech.

Describing the goals and objectives of the Meeting and with his proposals Executive Director of RNCAT, Honored Worker of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Honored Veteran of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, head of the LSG of the Bazlovsky Village Council and deputy of the Zemsky Assembly of the Spassky district Salikhanov Ramil Akhmetovich performed. With welcoming words to the participants of the Gathering and a report on their activities on exchange of experience, head of the LSG of the administration of the Petryaksinsky village council of the Pilninsky district Ansar Sadretdinov made a speech. Further, with his wishes and suggestions, one of the initiators of the event, a member of the RNCAT NO Council, head of the agriculture department of the Sergach district, Idrisov Rushan Rafikovich made a speech.

Moderator of the meeting, deputy executive director of RNCAT, Ildus Abdullin addressed the participants of the Meeting, offering everyone to speak, share their experience with others in solving various economic issues, make proposals, or ask questions to anyone they want to. As a result, various questions were asked, an exchange of views took place.

With his proposals, wishes, as well as exchanging experience in solving various current issues, the following were the speakers: head of the administration of the Maklakovo village council Shchegalyov Saleh Safinovich; Member of the RNCAT NO Council, Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation, Master of Sports Zyaki Anvarovich Velemeyev; Head of the collective farm “Nast” Alimov Nail Nyazhibovich.

All speeches were also live and relevant, have been were recorded in minutes. To greet the participants, as well as to submit their suggestions and wishes to the participants of the Meeting specially from Nizhny Novgorod, at the request of the organizers, professor of the Chair of culturology, history and ancient languages of the Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University named after N.N. Bogdanov O.N. Dobrolubova, Doctor of Historical Sciences Senyutkina Olga Nikolaevna arrived.

A representative of the Public Chamber of the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Honored Builder of the Russian Federation, a well-known restorer, Deputy Chairman of the RNCAT NO Council Kamaldinov Valery Pavlovich, also came to the Gathering from the regional center, greeted the participants of the assembly and informed that, according to the results of all speeches, all current proposals and wishes of the participants of the Assembly will be passed to Shantsev Valery Pavlinovich, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod oblast.

The results of the meeting have been summed up by Ramil Akhmetovich Salikhzhanov, whose appeal to the audience with a question whether such meetings are necessary, then from the audience all the participants unanimously voted “for” and made a decision to hold such a gathering 2 times a year every year. The next meeting was decided to be held this autumn in the village of Tatarskoye Maklokovo, the Spassky district ..

Further, head of the LSU of the administration of the Petryaksinsky village council of the Pilninsky district Sadretdinov Ansar Haidyarovich invited all the participants of the Meeting to the Petryaksinskaya secondary school, where everyone was hosted a warm and delicious reception with tea and national pastries and treats.

All the participants of the gathering expressed gratitude to the organizers of the event, separately thanking village council and village school for a warm and delicious reception.
