During the grand opening of the II International Irtysh Sabantuy, Governor of Omsk Region Vitaly Khotsenko awarded Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of  the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev with the Peoples’ Friendship Medal.
