The Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan announces a photo contest “Ethnographic mosaic of the Tatar people”. It is aimed at promoting the popularization of the traditions and customs of the Tatar people, the preservation and development of the national identity of the Tatar people in the Republic of Tatarstan and beyond.
The purpose of the photo contest is to increase the role of photography in the development, preservation and promotion of the cultural heritage of the Tatar people.
Works are accepted until November 20, 2022 in the following categories: “Celebration of the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by Volga Bulgaria”, “Traditions and Rituals”, “Аpplied arts and crafts”.
The application form filled out in accordance with the proposed form, as well as the works for the competition are submitted by e-mail [email protected] or they are sent on electronic media to the address: 66/33 Pushkin Street, Kazan, 420015, Republic of Tatarstan (room 421) with the note “Photo contest “Ethnographic mosaic of the Tatar people”.
