It was wonderful to see each other and spend time together. Even those who didn’t write the dictation but simply joined us for tea helped create a warm atmosphere.
You can’t imagine what a pleasant surprise it was — two Hungarians joined us, students of Tatar at the Department of Turkic Studies. This was especially touching and meaningful.
Thank you to Lena for the delicious chak-chak,
and to Zhenya for reading the dictation.
It was a lovely, warm gathering. Thank you all.
