On the 4th day of the blessed month of Ramadan (February 22), an iftar for Muslim investors took place in Kazan. The event was organized by Timur Dautov, Vice-President of the Association of Muslim Entrepreneurs of the Russian Federation and founder of the company PROFLIPPER.

The iftar was attended by well-known entrepreneurs, major investors, philanthropists, representatives of the Association of Muslim Entrepreneurs of the Russian Federation, as well as the team of PROFLIPPER. The event also gathered Muslim charity givers and prominent religious figures of Tatarstan.

It is noteworthy that PROFLIPPER is the first Russian real estate company to receive the Muslim Friendly certificate from the Halal Standard Committee of the Spiritual Administration of the Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan (DUM RT). The company offers only halal investment solutions that comply with all Islamic financial standards.

Today’s iftar served as a platform for sharing experiences, establishing new connections, and strengthening cooperation within the business environment of the Muslim community. Among the iftar participants were the Chairman of DUM RT, the Mufti of Tatarstan, Hafiz-Qurra, Doctor of Sharia Sciences Kamil hazrat Samigullin; President of the AME RF Aidar Shagimardanov; Scientific Secretary of the Council of Ulema, Head of the Sharia Affairs Department of DUM RT, Qazi of Kazan Bulat hazrat Mubarakov; Deputy Mufti for Information Policy, Director of the Khuzur Publishing House of DUM RT Rishat Khamidullin; Internal Sharia Controller of PROFLIPPER Akhmad Abu Yahya; Imam-Khatib of the Kazan mosque “Salekh” Timergali hazrat Yuldashev, and others.

Before the iftar, Mufti Kamil hazrat Samigullin delivered a sermon (vagaz) about the significance of the month of Ramadan, the importance of observing the fast (uraza), and the numerous rewards from the Almighty for good deeds and worship.

“May Allah Almighty accept our efforts, help us worthily pass through the madrasah of Ramadan, grant us many useful lessons, change us for the better, and, insha’Allah, allow us to meet the day of celebration as if newborn – free from sins,” wished Mufti Kamil hazrat.

The attendees were also welcomed by the President of the Association of Muslim Entrepreneurs of the Russian Federation, Imam-Khatib of the Kazan mosque “Abu Ali ibn Sina” Aidar Shagimardanov. For several years, the Association has been successfully implementing projects aimed at supporting Islamic science and education, building and maintaining mosques, opening prayer rooms in shopping centers, and providing aid to those in need in villages under the “Avyllarga Yardem” (Help to Villages) initiative.

At the beginning of 2026, the Association of Muslim Entrepreneurs of the Russian Federation, represented by Aidar Shagimardanov, took responsibility for arranging a prayer room in the new, third terminal of the Gabdulla Tukay Kazan International Airport, which is scheduled to open this year.

It is also worth noting that during today’s meeting, a charity collection was announced for the improvement of the area around the “Zangar” mosque, including the installation of a children’s playground and comprehensive enhancement of the surrounding territory.

Furthermore, the head of the Khuzur Publishing House of DUM RT, Rishat Khamidullin, presented a letter of gratitude to the Vice-President of the AME RF, Timur Dautov, for his initiative in implementing a new project. As previously reported, the day before, the Muslim TV channel “Khuzur TV” aired the first episode of “Clean Money” – a project in the format of conversations with various guests, aimed at improving the financial literacy of Muslims, enhancing well-being, and discussing issues related to finance and income from the perspective of Islamic values. Guests of the “Clean Money” program include scholars, entrepreneurs, investors, and financiers. The hosts discuss topics of halal earnings, savings, and investments with them. The program airs on Saturdays and Sundays at 5:30 PM.
