On June 28, in Vyatskiye Polyany, Kirov Region, as part of the grand opening of the 15th All-Russian Rural Sabantuy, an important ceremony took place — the handover of the holiday’s symbolic emblem, “Tulpar At”.

The Governor of the Kirov Region, Alexander Sokolov, passed the emblem to the Governor of the Penza Region, Oleg Melnichenko. It is the Penza Region that will host the next, 16th All-Russian Rural Sabantuy.
