The annual contest “Sabantuy guzyale”, which has already become a beautiful tradition of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, takes place on the eve of the national holiday “Sabantuy”.
June 20 on the stage of the concert hall named after S. Sadykov at 7:00 pm the final part of the contest “Sabantuy gusyale-2018” will be held. Participation in the finals will join 11 girls aged 18 to 25 years. This year, the beauty and crafts competition will mark a jubilee, it is held in Chelny for the 25th time.
The contest has begun in 1993. Its main goal is the preservation and popularization of the language, rituals, traditions of the Tatar people. Participants of the competition are students of higher and secondary educational institutions, employees of organizations and enterprises of the city, aged from 18 to 25 years with knowledge of the Tatar language. Over 25 years, more than 1,000 girls took part in the contest, many stars of the Tatar stage, heads of cities and districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the Far and near abroad, deputies of the City Council and the State Duma of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan became respected guests of the competition.
On April 26, a qualifying round of the contest took place in a new building of the culture center “Kyzyl tau” along Chulman Avenue (Lesnaya stop). The contestants presented the jury a visit card and a creative item. Preparations for the final of the contest began immediately after the qualifying round from April 27. To date, the girls have a hot time. They are working with the director and teachers on vocals, choreography, stage speech, model art, fashion designers and make-up artists. In the busy schedule now, video shooting and photo shoots.
On the Sabantuy celebration day, June 23, the winner, surrounded by finalists, will have the right to congratulate an absolute batyr of Sabantuy. Style and beauty, skill and strength will appear before the audience, merge in one harmony on the main stage of the Maidan.
None of the beauties will be left without attention. Each of the participants will be the winner in their nomination.
