Yesterday, on the initiative of the Executive Committee of the RNCATNO, in Nizhny Novgorod, a festive event of Tatars was held at the site of the Children’s Library after A. Gaidar. Especially for our children, the Puppet Theater “Kanavinsky buffoons” presented a staging of the fairy tale “Shurale” by the famous Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay.
The event was attended by both younger pupils and kids. Parents of children who were happy to watch a re-enactment of a fairy tale they knew did not stand aside. The meeting in a festive atmosphere was a gift for children.
Before the performance, the children were told about the culture, history, traditions of the Tatar people. The performance itself, which was accompanied by Tatar music, children watched literally with their mouths open, so the plot of the fairy tale captivated them. And after that, the guys from the Provincial College held a flash mob to the cheerful Tatar dance music. In gratitude for such a holiday, Tatar books and a traditional chak-chak were presented to the library from the RNATNO library! And then, together with parents, a tea table was organized with traditional Tatar sweets. And it’s nice that according to the true Tatar tradition, almost everyone brought sweets to the general table. And Roza Azizova, the mother of two children, even baked a special chak-chak on this occasion! It was nice to hear words of gratitude not only for the holiday itself, but for the opportunity to communicate. And it is a pity that the kids were not enough, but those who came were very pleased!
P.S. The next Tatar event for children will be RNATNO “Chyrshy bәyrәme” – the Tatar New Year tree, for which the presentation is also being prepared. Follow the news.
