“Family of the Year” will be determined in Surgut this Saturday. The second and third stages of the city contest will be held on September 28, compatriots report on social networks. Participants in a social project will present their family relics at the exhibition “Family History – Surgut History” and perform on stage with a business card presentation.
The exhibition will open in the City Cultural Center on September 28 at 9.30 a.m. The exposition will feature family relics, albums, collections telling about the hobbies and interests of 23 Surgut families – participants of the “Family of the Year 2019” contest.
On the same day, applicants for the title of the best family in Surgut will present a “visiting card” about family traditions and successes in raising children. Creative performances on the stage of the cultural center is the third stage of the contest. The jury will determine the winners in eight categories: “Labor Dynasty”, “Tree of Life”, “Large Family”, “Young Family”, “Strong Family – Strong Power”, “World of Family Hobbies”, “Family National Traditions”, as well as “ The Golden Family. ” This is a new nomination for couples who have been married for 50 years or more.
The main title “Family of the Year 2019” will be awarded to the married couple who scored the most points according to the results of the jury meeting. The city contest “Family of the Year” is held every two years. The goal of the social project is to identify and honor families who raise children with dignity, preserve the traditions of family education, and develop the hobbies and talents of family members.
