In the Sverdlovsk region contest of Tatar folk art named after Sardaria Nigamatova to be held

March 23, 2019 at the national cultural complex of the village of Arakaevo, Sverdlovsk region, the Inter-regional contest of Tatar folk art named after Sardaria Nigamatova will be held. This festival has been held in the Sverdlovsk region since 1999, traditionally, once every two years. During this time, it became recognized not only in the area, but also outside it. Since 2013, the festival has been named after the founder of the national folklore ensemble of song and dance “SARDARIA”, Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Sardaria Nigamatova.
The interregional competition of Tatar folk art named after Sardaria Nigamatova is held in accordance with the plan of the main events of the Sverdlovsk State Regional Palace of folk art for 2019 within the framework of the implementation of the Agreement between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Sverdlovsk region.
