November 11, ar the capital of the Republic of Mari El in the city of Yoshkar Ola the second and final round of the gala concert of the Interregional Festival – Tatar dance competition “Shoma bass” (“Easy dancing”) is over.

“Shoma bass” festival takes place at the expense of the grant of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Participants represented under the terms of the contest Tatar dance and the dance of the peoples of the world. Therefore, the festival was attended by a wide variety of national groups.

The Executive Committee of the World Congress of Tatars, being one of the founders and organizers of the festival, has delegated to the final part of the competition a deputy chairman of the EC WCT

Mars Tukayev. He handed a special prize from the World Congress Tatar to the dance groups “Bulgar” at the center of Tatar culture of the Republic Mari El.
