The celebration will take place at the Medvedev Hippodrome on July 5-6. More than 500 delegates from 72 regions of Russia will visit the republic.

The program will open with equestrian competitions. A fair of arts and crafts products will be held at the same time. Guests and residents of Mari El will enjoy literary, musical, theatrical, entertainment, gaming, and shopping areas. A sports program is also planned. It includes arm wrestling, kettlebell lifting and kuresh wrestling.
