Kolomna Tatars – from the local Muslim community of Kolomna took part in organizing and conducting the annual Regional festival of artistic creativity for children with disabilities “We reveal the Wings.”

The program of the event was extensive and included the participation of children of all ages and any creative abilities. During the festival, children were able to fully demonstrate their skills. The event was attended by collectives  from the Kolomna urban district, Lukhovits, Ozer, Sergiev Posad and other cities of the Moscow region.

The festival is financed by voluntary donations from organizations and individuals. The Muslim community of Kolomna also provided financial support to the festival.
