On February 28, the Pushkin Library in Chita hosted a literary and musical evening dedicated to the Tatar poet, Hero of the Soviet Union Musa Jalil.

The main purpose of the evening was to develop patriotism, loyalty to constitutional and military duty, high responsibility and discipline among children.

On this day, 90 students learned about the life and feat of the great Tatar poet Musa Jalil.

Chairman of the Tatar community of Chita Tagir Aglyamov spoke about the friendship of the multinational Soviet people. In his closing speech, he expressed great gratitude to the library management for their active assistance in organizing and conducting an important military-patriotic event.
