On March 26, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev visited the Republic of Mari El. Here he took part in a meeting on the preparation and holding of the XXIV Federal Sabantuy. The meeting was held by Yuri Zaitsev, Head of the Republic of Mari El, Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Mari El.

As it became known, more than 1,000 people will be honored guests at the national holiday. There will be several venues at the festival: National Cuisine playground, a children’s stage, Tatar Bazaar playground, Book Fair playground, Agricultural Machinery playground, Magic Brush playground.

• The Federal Sabantuy is a national holiday aimed at strengthening the unity and spiritual community of the multinational people of Russia. Since 2001, it has been held annually in one of the regions of Russia.
