A meeting with the delegation of the World Congress of the Tatars, sent by the organization’s Executive Committee, took place in Jalal-Abad. The delegation was led by Lenara Raifovna Kuteeva, Head of the Committee for Cooperation with Tatar Public Organizations Abroad.

On February 5, 2025, in collaboration with the Tatar-Bashkir Cultural Center “Idel” of Jalal-Abad Region, the guests held master classes on preparing traditional Tatar dishes and performing national dances for fellow Tatars. The event took place at Secondary School No. 13, named after Hero of the Soviet Union Roza Azimova.

On February 6, 2025, a meeting was held at the mayor’s office, where the Deputy Mayor met with the delegation from Tatarstan, as well as with the head of the Russian House in Osh, Dmitry Avram. The guests shared the purpose of their visit and discussed prospects for cooperation and cultural exchange.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Gulbarchyn Kalmurzaevna expressed her gratitude to the guests and presented them with letters of appreciation.

In turn, Dmitry Avram, on behalf of the Russian House in Osh, supported the promotion of Russian-language education by donating textbooks, teaching materials, and works of fiction to Secondary School No. 13.

Such meetings play a key role in strengthening cultural ties and preserving national traditions.
