The head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars Danis Shakirov talked with the finalists of the contest “Tatar kyzy”. Among the girls there are participants from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Germany and regions of Russia.

Danis Shakirov noted that this is not just a beauty contest. The participants of the competition stand guard over the language and nationality.

– I wish you success! Develop and preserve the Tatar language, national traditions, culture in your native lands. And continue to keep in touch with the World Congress of the Tatars, local Tatar organizations! – he said.

The international competition “Tatar kyzy” will be held on September 17 in Uzbekistan. On September 3-14, the finalists take part in various master classes in Kazan.
