Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars Vasil Shaykhraziev arrived on a working visit to the Lugansk People’s Republic. Here he met with activists of the Tatar public organization of the Republic.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the National Council presented awards to compatriots. The medal of the WCT “For great services to the Tatar people” was awarded to the chairman of the Tatar Culture Center “Chishmya” Gulfiya Kabirova and the head of the Public Tatar organization “Tan” Flyur Karachurin.

The Center of Tatar Culture of Donetsk was presented with special gifts from the Congress: a color printer, a laminator, Tatar national costumes and books.
