Today, the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Tatarstan in the city of Petersburg and the Leningrad Region Renat Valiullin held a meeting with the Director of the House of Friendship of the Leningrad Region, Vladimir Mikhailenko.

The meeting discussed issues of the forthcoming meeting of the Tatar community in the region with the chairman of the national council “Milli Shura” Vasil Shaykhraziev, which will be held on the territory of the House of Friendship on February 26, as well as the opening of the museum of Tatar culture and filling it with exhibits. At the end of the meeting, they outlined ways for further interaction and discussed the plan for joint cultural events for the current year.
