President of Tatarstan will address  by   the annual message to the parliament on September 24

The 40th meeting of the State Council of the fifth convocation of the RT will be held on September 24.  President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov will make an annual message to the parliament of the republic. This was announced today at a meeting of the presidium of the RT State Council.

In his message, Rustam Minnikhanov will speak about the internal and external situation of Tatarstan.

The event will be held at the State Large Concert Hall after Salih Saidashev. From 10 am the TV and radio broadcasting will be organized.

Members of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of municipalities, institutions and enterprises of the republic, representatives of the public and many others will be invited to the meeting. The total number of guests will be 600 people.

With his first message to the State Council of Tatarstan, the President of the Republic spoke on October 13, 2010.
