First city to visit by Tatarstan Prime Minister will be Montreal (Quebec). Here, head of the RT Government is going to acquaint with the work of local Technology Park, which houses headquarters and research departments of more than 30 companies. The most advanced projects developed in Quebec and foreign firms have been implemented in Technopark.

In addition, the itinerary of Ildar Khalikov includes visiting factories Bombardier (the world’s largest manufacturer of business jets and regional aircraft destination), Pratt & Whitney (American manufacturer of aircraft engines for civil and military aircraft ).

March 13, the delegation of the republic will continue work in Toronto (Ontario). The office of CBARE (Canadian Business Association in Russia and Eurasia) will host a presentation of investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as a meeting with representatives of the Tatar Diaspora living in Canada.

In the 2nd half of the day Tatarstan delegation plans to visit research organization Marcia Discovery District (MaRS Discovery District) and the University of Toronto.
