On 27 January, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government House of the republic, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand in the Year of the Family to pay special attention to families with many children and of the military taking part in the special military operation.

“The year 2024 is announced the Year of the Family in Russia and the solemn ceremony of the year opening was held on 23 January with participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. We also had a good event, having organized a reception for families with many children. The family is the foundation of the state. Our main task is to take care of families,” he emphasized.

Addressing heads of cities and regions, Ministries and departments, Rustam Minnikhanov gave them an errand to organize meetings with families with many children and labour dynasties, to organize topical events for families in educational, healthcare sports and youth policy work teams and to pay attention to issues of supporting families with many children and motherhood.

He said that support of families of the military taking part in the special military operation was one of priority tasks.
