From June 9 to 22, 2025, Kazan will host the 17th International Theater Festival of Turkic Peoples, “Nauruz”. The festival will feature theater groups from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, and the national republics of Russia. The event is expected to welcome over 1,000 participants.
Applications are open from December 20 to February 1.
The festival is organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and hosted by the G. Kamal Tatar State Academic Theater.
