On April 2, a meeting with guests from the Republic of Tatarstan, who having familiarized with tourist routes and sights of Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara, was held at the Representative Office of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Rais Jarullin, director and art director of the Buinsky State Drama Theater, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Rail Sadriev, his deputy on organizational and commercial issues, discussed prospects for cooperation with theater groups in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and organization of tours. R. Sadriev and R. Yarullin spoke in detail about the theater, creative plans, were keenly interested in the life of Tatar compatriots in Uzbekistan. The meeting was also attended by a member of the Board of the Tatar Public Cultural and Educational Center in Tashkent, host of the radio program “Bullor Chishmya” (Crystal Spring) on the TV and Radio Channel Uzbekistan, Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan Rayhan Mannyapova and others.

The first performance in the city of Buinsk took place on May 4, 1917 under the guidance of the teacher Miftakhetdinov. After the revolution in 1917. a whole creative troupe of artists came to the city of Buinsk. The troupe included such famous actors as Kamal I, Kamal II, Gulsum and Bari Bolgarsky, Shakir Saminsky, Galiya Kamskaya, Sitdik Aydarsky, Zulyayha Bogdanova. The composer and musician Faizi Bikinin contributed greatly to the development of the theater.
In 1918, after arriving in Buinsk, Salikh Saidashev and Aidarov open an art school and a theater. There worked such figures as Bari Tarkhanov, Zulyayha Bogdanova, Gulsum Kaybitskaya.
In 1924 the first honored artist of the republic Bari Tarkhanov arrived from Kazan and, having received 12 thousand rubles from the state, built the theater building. In this form the theater existed until 1949.
The new life of the theater on the Buin land began on February 16, 2002, when a group of enthusiasts led by the teacher R. Sadriev gathered at the House of Culture for the first rehearsal of the play “Gergeri Kiyalure”, and since that time the young staff has 30 productions.
On March 30, 2007, by the decree of the First President of RT M. Sh. Shaimiev, the “Buinsky State Drama Theater” was established.
To date, Honored Artists of the Republic of Tatarstan are working in the theater. Sadriev Rail Ildarovich (artistic director-director of the theater), Azat Anarovich Zaripov, Firzar Sultanovich Murtazin, as well as Murtazin Ilsur Sultanovich, Sharafutdinova Amina Kasymovna. From the youth – Gulzada Kamartdinova, Bulat Garaev, Ilfir Sultanov, Naila Imangulova, Gulnaz Gizatullina, Ilyas Kinyagulov, Rima Hamidullina, Irek Gainetdinov, Shamil Shafikov, Aigul Sageeva.
May 15-24, 2018 the International Theater Festival “Bua – the space of dialogue” will take place with the participation of theaters in Moscow, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Udmurtia, Chuvashia, Kazakhstan, Estonia, Switzerland, etc.
