The plenary session, the concluding event of the gathering, was attended by Rais Rustam Minnikhanov.

“Today, our country has about 4,200 Tatar villages. Successful entrepreneurs are a reliable support for rural communities. You make a significant contribution to the development of villages, support your native settlements, provide jobs, assist schools and mosques, and help revive and preserve national traditions and culture. I want to sincerely thank you for this! Your work is an example for us! Vasily Gabtelgayazovich Shaikhraziev and his team have put in tremendous effort to organize this gathering. We see the results and express our deep gratitude. Together, we will remain united!” – said the Rais of the Republic.

During the plenary session, state awards of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented.

This year, the forum in Kazan brought together over 900 delegates from 37 regions of Russia where Tatars live compactly. Participants included representatives of small businesses, heads of farms, and owners of private homesteads. The event served as an important platform for exchanging experiences and discussing issues related to the development of rural territories.
