Rustam Minnikhanov, Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, Acting Governor of the Samara Region, met with leaders and representatives of Tatar national-cultural associations in Samara on August 20. The meeting was moderated by Vasil Shaikhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars.
Presentations were delivered by Fakhrutdin Kanyukaev, President of the Samara Regional Creative Public Organization “Duslyk” and member of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars; Ramis Teregulov, member of the National Council and twice recipient of the Order of Courage; and Mufti Talip Hazrat Yarullin, Chairman of the Regional Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Samara Region.
In his address, Fakhrutdin Kanyukaev expounded upon the endeavors of the Duslyk organization. Ramis Teregulov, drawing upon his service experience, explicated the paramount importance of patriotism and service to the motherland. Mufti Talip Hazrat Yarullin delved into the matters of spiritual education and inter-ethnic understanding, emphasizing the imperative of endeavors aimed at bolstering amity and cooperation among the diverse nationalities residing within the Samara region.
Furthermore, all speakers evinced profound appreciation for the work of the Acting Governor of the Samara region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, and exhorted the unification of all regional resources, along with all proactive residents of the region, around the gubernatorial candidate.
In conclusion, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev and Rustam Minnikhanov addressed the meeting’s participants. The Acting Governor of the Samara region expressed his gratitude to the Raid of the Republic of Tatarstan for his visit and the support extended to the Tatar community in the Samara region. Rustam Minnikhanov underscored that Tatarstan remains steadfast in its readiness to provide assistance and support, particularly in the domains of cultural development and the preservation of the native language. He implored the meeting’s participants to engage actively in the life of their communities.
