Tatar folk holiday Sabantuy will traditionally be held at four sites: in the Birch Grove of the Mirny residential area, in the Birch Grove of the Derbyshki residential area, in the Lebyazhye lake, as well as on the territory of the Kazan International Equestrian Complex.

District administrations were instructed to ensure the implementation of work on the improvement of the Sabantuy venues, organize cultural, entertainment and sports events and trade in souvenirs.
