Sabantuy is not just a holiday — it’s a true outpouring of joy, unity, and pride in one’s roots! From early morning, Yurt-Ora was filled with music, laughter, and the spirit of competition.
A festive procession in colorful costumes, flags fluttering under the Siberian sky, and the waltz by Saidashev performed by the Youth of Siberia ensemble set a high tone for the celebration. Honored guests, heartfelt words of gratitude, and well-deserved awards marked the perfect start to a big day!
And then — a flood of emotions! Energetic performances by artists from Tatarstan and local groups, children’s laughter at master classes, the thrill of the köräş wrestling matches, and the lively voices of participants in traditional games.
The winner of the “Altyn Khatyn” (Golden Woman) contest was Manzuma Mavlyutova, who sliced noodles more finely than any other contestant. The aromas of Tatar treats, sports victories, and of course the Tatar accordion — under its cheerful tunes, the entire square broke into dance!
This Sabantuy once again proved: our strength lies in tradition, friendship, and the ability to celebrate with all our heart!
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this day truly bright.
