October 21 to 22, in Krasnoyarsk, Tatar Regional National Cultural Autonomy “YAR” has organized and held the two days seminar, which was attended by directors and staff of rural cultural institutions located in Tatar villages of the region, as well as heads of creative amateur urban Tatar communities.

Leading practices in the field of culture of the region, the problems of international relations, the issues of ethno-cultural development of the peoples in our region and the preservation of native culture, event-life agenda of Krasnoyarsk region Tatars for next year were discussed . Tatar RNCA “YAR” for the second time is organizing and holding such an event. The first seminar in the history of the region was held March 2014 at two sites: the first day – in the regional capital, and the second – in a village

Kazanka of the Bolshemurtinsky district. The first workshop was attended by 32 people.

A saturated business and cultural program of the seminar this year attracted more professionals from rural cultural institutions. In 2016, a seminar was attended by 53 representatives from 9 districts and 5 cities in the region.

The lecturers, presenters of discussion platforms, hosts of master – classes appeared to be educational institutions employees, folk art centers, cultural initiatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The participants expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan State Institute of Culture, under support of which the seminar was attended by senior lecturer of the institute – Kaveeva Alfia Ildarovna.

The seminar was organized and conducted within the boundary of the state program of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “Strengthening the unity of the Russian nation and ethno-cultural development of the peoples of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.” The

participants noted that the adoption of this program, a calendar of international events held in the region has become more “compacted”. This year, the RNCA autonomy held: the III Kurultai of Tatar region, the Tatar national holiday “Sabantui” in 19 villages and towns of the region, zonal festival – contest of Tatar national amateur of Krasnoyarsk Territory groups, ethnic inter-regional tournament on the National Wrestling “Koresh “in memory of Heroes of Socialist labor residents of Uzhursky district, Krasnoyarsk Territory Sagdeev Naguman Darzimanovich and Demukhametov Nikolai Alexandrovich.

Participants expressed the hope that the seminars for employees of cultural institutions located in Tatar settlements will be conducted in the future.
