On January 27, 2019, the Penza Regional Public Organization of Tatar Women “Ak Kalfak”, with the support of the Regional Public Organization “Tatar National-Cultural Autonomy of the Penza Region”, held a regional competition “Tatar Kyzchygy. Neni Enjeler ”. The event was held at the “Dobro” cultural center in Penza. The idea of holding a contest by the ”Ak Kalfak” organization appeared long ago. “Our Ak Kalfak has been working on this project for a whole year, we visited almost all districts of the Penza region. During the year of work we saw that the traditions and customs of the Tatar population have being preserved.
