Under the autonomy of the Tatars of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, the Ak Kalfak public organization of Tatar women has been active for many years. The head of this organization is Zilya Akhmadullina, deputy executive director of the autonomy.

This week, two retreats have been  held   participation of Zilya Ardinatovna – in the village Urazovka and  in the town   of Dzerzhinsk. The meeting in the district center of Krasnooktyabrsky district was attended by more than ten active women from the villages of Yandovishchi, Poshatovo, Chembiley, Bolshoy Rybushkino and Urazovka. A lively conversation took place over a cup of tea – we analyzed some of the events held, outlined plans, and made many business proposals.

The main task of this public organization is to preserve the language, customs, traditions, culture of our people, strengthen the role of women, mothers in society. The meeting was also attended by chief  of the charity department of the Nizhny Novgorod Cathedral Mosque Zuhra Khanum Idrisova.

A businesslike, constructive conversation also took place in Dzerzhinsk. Here the local branch of Ak Kalfak is very active. There were raised such issues as  recent Sabantuy, future joint events with RNATNO, as well as independent ones. The most important of them, of course, is official opening of the MNCAT office, active preparations are underway for it. And I want to believe that everything will be at the highest level and the work in this already renovated beautiful office will boil
