The weekend festival held Burtnieks edge ((northern part of Latvia).) To participate in the ensemble which was invited to the Latvian Tatar-Bashkir cultural society “Chishma”.

Speech Tatars and Bashkirs spectators and organizers liked it so much that the song “Carousel” performed by ensemble “Chishma” was chosen as the first dance newlyweds. And on the stage to the song of the Tatar-Bashkir ensemble Latvia danced their first dance of the newlyweds and the audience sang along with the tune.

The participants of the festival with pleasure watched and listened to an extensive program of Tatars and Bashkirs – songs, dances, stories about the Tatars and Bashkirs and traditions.

After our performance, we received a lot of warm words. One of them sounded so – you sing on so beautiful that I want to sing with you, but we do not know how!

The celebration was represented by Latvian, Russian, German, Tatar, Bashkir traditional and modern culture.
