The Tatar and Bashkir community of the Primorsky Krai celebrated on March 4 the International Women’s Day, March 8, in the settlement of Timiryazevsky Ussuriysk urban district.
Tatars and Bashkirs from Vladivostok, Artem, Ussuriysk and from the village of Khorol of the Primorye Territory gathered for the holiday.
It has become a good tradition every year, for more than fifteen years, to celebrate the International Women’s Day – March 8 in the settlement of Timiryazevsky Ussuriysk urban district. The organizers of this beautiful event are Khasbiullin Akhtyam Khakimullovich – chairman of the Ussuriisk branch of the public organization of Tatars and Bashkirs of the Primorsky Territory “Tugan il,” the sisters Davidenko Vasila, Gubanov Zulfir and the community’s activists.
The amateur collective of the public organization made colorful concert items. There were songs about spring, love for the mother, female beauty. The audience sang with pleasure singers. Grandmothers especially liked the performance of the smallest participant of the concert Regina – granddaughter of Vasilya Davidenko, who performed a beautiful Bashkir dance. On behalf of the male half of the guests, gifts were given to all women present at the celebration.
