The regional national-cultural autonomy of the Tatars of the Sakhalin Region celebrated the birthday of their beloved historical homeland Tatarstan on August 30 in the city library of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. Sunday school students have prepared a festive program for guests.

The Imam of the Sakhalin Mosque, Jamal Hazrat, congratulated the guests and spoke about the importance of preserving the traditions, customs and native language. The plans for 2020 are grandiose !!!! Youth work and the study of the native language, the 100th anniversary of the TASSR, the 70th anniversary of Igor Farkhutdinov and others.

Thank you very much to our President R. Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, all compatriots who help to develop and preserve the Tatar culture in the Sakhalin region.
