The Olympiad is held as part of the state program for the preservation, study and development of the state languages of Tatarstan. Participants are schoolchildren in grades 8-11 and students from Tatarstan, regions of Russia, as well as students from foreign countries.

The event will be organized in several stages. For Tatarstan residents there will be school, municipal, republican and international stages, from other regions – school, municipal, regional, interregional and international stages. Sunday school students in the regions, students and participants from other countries must undergo online testing and a remote interview.

The period for providing services is until May 31, 2024.
