Today, the All-Russian Congress of Entrepreneurs from Tatar Villages  in Kazan. This year, the congress has gathered 900 small business owners and farm managers from more than 45 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as from Tatarstan.

The grand opening of the congress took place at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan. Delegates were welcomed by Vasil Shaykhraziev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars. In his speech, he highly praised the contributions of entrepreneurs to the Tatar nation and emphasized the significance of the congress, noting that this event will contribute to the economic and social development of the Tatar people.

“Each of you works in rural areas. We need progress in this field. To grow, we must learn, communicate, find good colleagues, and share experiences. The primary goal of this congress is development,” he stated.

The delegates were then greeted by Rifkat Minnikhanov, Chairman of the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan.

“We are recognized at the federal level as a very strong region. Forums and organizing committees are regularly held here. The Academy of Sciences, in turn, is always ready to support scientific activities,” he noted, introducing the delegates to the academy’s annual research work.

Lenar Garipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan, spoke about easing the workload for agricultural workers and the implementation of new technological approaches in the agricultural sector.

At the conclusion of the event, entrepreneurs were awarded medals from the World Congress of the Tatars and Certificates of Appreciation for their significant contributions to the Tatar nation.
