The awarding ceremony of the winners of the Internet contest “You are the most wonderful person” (“Сез иң гүзәл кеше икәнсез”) took place in Kazan. The contest was held by the World Congress of the Tatars September 16 to October 5, 2022.

Works from Kazan, Almetyevsk, Naberezhnye Chelny, Buinsk, Aktanysh, Agryz, Kukmor, Chistopol, Saby, Menzelinsk, Sarman, Yutazy, Novosheshminsk districts, Kirov, Astrakhan, Ulyanovsk, Omsk regions, Perm Krai, Bashkortostan, Chuvashia, Udmurtia were sent to the contest.

The awarding ceremony was attended by Danis Shakirov, Head of the Executive Committee of the World Congress of the Tatars, Ilsur Khadiullin, Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan and Ilshat Aminov, general director of the television and radio company Novy Vek (TNV).

On behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the National Council of the WCT Vasil Shaykhraziev, Danis Shakirov congratulated the winners and their teachers.He noted that the teaching profession should always be worthy of respect.

The Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilsur Khadiullin emphasized that teachers help children find their way in life, discover talents, and bring up a real personality.

“The teacher occupies a special place in the life of every person. Your instructions always help us move forward, not going astray even in the most difficult times,” he said.

He presented diplomas and memorable gifts to the winners of the contest.

Gulnaz Khuzina, a teacher of the Tatar language and literature from the Agryz district, shared her impressions:

– If a person treats his teacher with respect, he will also treat his native language, Motherland and parents the same way. It’s great to see the success of our students. I express my deep gratitude to the WCT for organizing this event.
