The best project ideas by young muslims receive grants from the Muslim religious administration of Tatarstan and its partners

At the 20th anniversary All-Russian Forum of Muslim Youth in Bolgar, the best social project ideas were selected and awarded grants. Seventeen authors of the most promising startups will receive financial, informational, and consultative support to successfully implement their initiatives. After the project presentations at the Forum, participants were awarded grant certificates ranging from 30,000 to 100,000 rubles.

The jury considered the following criteria in the project selection process: relevance and social significance of the idea, implementation potential, alignment of activities with the project’s goals and objectives, implementation experience, innovation and uniqueness, budget feasibility, and justification of planned expenses.

The most successful projects recognized include:

  1. “Not a Difficult Teen” – A Teen Podcast for Muslims: An online media resource with videos and podcasts created by Muslim teenagers themselves.

  2. “Finik” – A Muslim Youth Online Magazine.

  3. “Light of the Soul” – An Islamic Board Game.

  4. CIIM – Center for the Study of the Islamic World: A project organizing events and meetings to encourage youth toward scientific research, education, and knowledge expansion.

  5. “Children Are Our Future” – Spiritual and Moral Education Courses: A summer program for children in the Orenburg region.

  6. “Proactivity – The Basis of a Successful Islamic Family”: A training series for young women in the city of Yelabuga.

  7. “Nurly Balalar” Weekend School: Organizing children’s camps in Bashkortostan.

  8. “SalaPhone” – A Portable Prayer Capsule: A project by young designers.

  9. Muslim Youth Forum of the Republic of Crimea.

  10. “Sisterhood Circle” – A Day Camp for Children from Single-Parent, Large, and Disadvantaged Families.

  11. “Islam in Sign Language” – A Collection of Islamic Terms for the Deaf.

  12. “Healthy Feet” – Free Foot Massages for the Elderly.

  13. “The Path of the Tatar Soul in St. Petersburg” – An Excursion Route.

  14. “Step to Independence” – Employment for People with Disabilities.

  15. “Light of Knowledge” – A Project Supporting the “Nur” Madrasah.

  16. “Saving the Believer – Salah”: Producing and sending prayer rugs to the Special Military Operation (SMO) zone.

  17. “In the Circle of Sisters” – A Community of Muslim Girls.

  • Amina Shabanova – Founder of the IRADA clothing brand, Founder and CEO of the halal industry exhibition UMMAFORUM

  • Ayrat Shamsutdinov – Director of AMT LLC

  • Alfiya Safina – PhD in Economics, Business Coach at the Corporate University of Ak Bars Bank, Soft Skills Expert at the University of Talents, Grant Writer of the Chistopol Muhtasibat
