Chairman of the Forum of the Tatar youth of the Far East Ruslan Mukhametgarev and head of the administration of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Far East Abert Sultanov came with a working visit to Blagoveshchensk. The guests have been invited by the activists of the Tatar national movement of the Amur Region to participate in the meeting of the Tatar community.
The first word was taken by chairman of the Tatar community of the Amur Region, Farit Gafiyatulin, who suggested starting the meeting with a minute of silence in memory of those perished in the fire that occurred in the “Winter Cherry” shopping center in the city of Kemerovo. After following the tradition, lines from the Holy Quran were read. Following this, the guests from Khabarovsk conveyed their greetings from chairman of the RBM of the Far East, Ahmad hazrat Garifullin and from the World Congress of Tatars, wished fruitful and successful work in the future. The words of congratulations were also voiced by guest of the event, chief of the national policy department of the regional government, Buyanova Larisa Viktorovna.
During the whole meeting, a great deal of work was planned for the future, an agreement was concluded on the unity of all the Tatars of the Amur Region under the leadership of the Tatar community.
They also discussed the plan for organizing the first Sabantuy in Blagoveshchensk for the next year.
