Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the National Council of the World Congress of the Tatars, Vasil Shaykhraziev, is today on a working trip to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In the morning, the guests from Tatarstan, who arrived at Almaty International Airport, were welcomed by Rashid Gizatullin, Head of the Tatar-Bashkir Public and Cultural Center “Idel.”

The first meeting of the working visit took place at the Tatar-Bashkir Public and Cultural Center “Idel” in the city of Almaty. The delegation became acquainted with the center’s activities. This is an important step toward strengthening ties with our compatriots and preserving Tatar culture abroad.
