The gala concert of the winners of the “Takoldyzy” in Tyumen will be held on March 2

Gala-concert of the laureates of the XXVIII regional review-competition of children’s creativity of the Turkic-speaking peoples “Tan yoldyz” / “Morning Star” and the 9th regional review-competition of amateur artistic creativity “Halyk Sungat” / “Folk art” will begin at the Palace of culture “Neftyanik (Oilman)” in Tyumen on March 2 at 14 o’clock, the committee on affairs of nationalities informs.
On the stage, the artists will demonstrate the skill of playing folk instruments, perform folk ritual performances, perform Tatar folk songs and dances. A total of more than 50 creative items.
The winners of the culinary competition “Tatar ashlars / Tatar meals-2019” will share with the guests of the holiday recipes of traditional dishes of the Siberian-Tatar cuisine.
Among the honored guests of the holiday are deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the chairman of the State Duma Committee on National Affairs, head of the Federal National-Cultural Autonomy of the Tatars Ildar Gilmutdinov.
In 2019, about 3 thousand people from 12 municipalities of the Tyumen region took part in regional contests “Tan Yoldyzy” and “Halyk Sungat”. Festivals of folk art became the central event of the regional Days of Tatar culture, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the National Cultural Autonomy of the Siberian Tatars and Tatars of the Tyumen Region.
