The II Interdistrict Contest “My Dear Grandmother” was held at the Urazovo House of Culture, featuring elderly women from Tatar villages in the region. The event, organized by the Congress of Nizhny Novgorod Tatars with the support of the Krasnooktyabrsky district administration, brought together participants from Urazovka, Klyuchishchi, Poshatovo, Tatarsky Maklakov, and Safadzhay.

The contestants were judged by a professional panel made up of representatives from Tatar public organizations and institutions, as well as artists from the Republic of Tatarstan. The winner of the contest was Shamilya Aynetdinova from Safadzhay, who had also won another Tatar competition, “Nizhgarbika,” a few years ago.

After the event, volunteers from the district who had actively participated in collecting humanitarian aid for the needs of the special military operation were honored on stage. The festive day in Urazovka concluded with a concert by artists from Tatarstan.
