The Center of Tatar culture “Dulkyn” (Wave) has completed the project “Alga, Duslar!”. The final event of the project was the III Festival of Tatar-Bashkir culture named after Sarah Sadykova. Bright performances in Tatar and Bashkir languages were performed for the audience.

The guests of honor were Marina Gradusova, Secretary of the Altai Territory Commission on Countering Extremism and Ruslan Marshalkin, Deputy Chairman of the Public Relations and Security Committee of the Barnaul City Administration. Evgeniya Naumova, Deputy Director of the House of Peoples of the Altai Territory, also made a welcoming speech.
