February 15 – the  birthday of the Tatar poet-hero Musa Jalil. On this day, in many regions of the Russian Federation, in the countries of the near and far abroad, various events are devoted to the anti-fascist poet.

In Moscow, at 12.00,  The Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation organizes a ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to the poet.

The daughter of the poet Chulpan Museevna Zalilova will take part in a ceremony.

In Orenburg, at 13.00, the  Orenburg city Tatar national-cultural autonomy “Tugan at the monument to the hero poet will hold a patriotic action.

In Baku, at 15.00, In the Russian information and cultural center, the Public Association “Tatarstan” will hold an evening.

At the party will be shown a documentary about the life and work of the Tatar poet.  Experts and famous cultural figures will tell about  creative heritage of Musa Jalil. Young activists of the Tatar community of Azerbaijan and students will read out  the poems by the famous writer in the Tatar language.

In Krasnodar, at 16.00, The Tatars of Krasnodar will spend a Poetic evening. Everyone can speak and read the favorite verses   by Musa Jalil.
