The opening of the museum and educational complex “Miras” took place in the Ufa Tatar gymnasium No. 65

On September 4, 2020, in the Tatar gymnasium No. 65, the opening of the Miras museum and educational complex took place. This event became possible thanks to the Grant of Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan, aimed at preserving and developing native languages of the peoples of the Republic of Bashkortostan and state languages of the republic. This year the gymnasium has won a grant for development of the project “Preservation and development of the Tatar language and education of intercultural communication on the basis of the museum and educational complex.”
The opening ceremony was attended by head of Department of National Education of Ministry of Education of the Republic of Bashkortostan Bulat Zinurov, head of the department of MBOU DO “NIMTs” Sariya Rakhmatullina, representatives of the district education department, teachers and invited guests.
In her welcoming speech, director of the gymnasium, Anfisa Galimzyanova, noted that visiting the museum, acquaintance with exhibits, the culture of the Tatar people arouses the interest of students in studying the history of their people helps to educate a tolerant personality.
The history of the museum begins with foundation of the Tatar gymnasium in 1996. The first curator and inspirer for creation of the museum was Elena Shaydullovna Gainetdinova, who brought the first exhibits from the Kushnarenkovsky district of the village of Rasmikeevo: a sewing machine cape, a gramophone, woven towels, an 18th century clay pot, a bowl, irons, accessories for rolling boots. Gymnasium teacher Romanova Dilara Anvarovna and Zakirova’s mother Halima – chairman of the Council of Veterans – helped in the search for antiques in the Nurimanov district in the village of Krasnaya Gorka.
The basis of the museum collection is made up of household items of the Tatar people, and the museum is decorated as a Tatar hut. Each item here has its own story. In the Miras Museum, household items and art of the Tatar, Bashkir, Russian and other peoples are collected in a single collection.
A virtual tour of the museum is organized on the website of the Tatar Gymnasium No. 65, which can be visited by everyone.
