This image of a woman was depicted in one of his popular plays “The Lonely” by the famous Tatar playwright Tufan Minnullin.

In the center of the play’s attention is a young modern girl Madina Safina (People’s Artist of the Republic of Dagestan Farizat Zeynalova). As a student of the Pedagogical Institute, she leaves her studies, arrives in the village to take care of her sick mother Razia. Despite the fact that, in addition to her, there are also two of her older brothers in the family, all the burdens of everyday life lie on her shoulders. She works day and night, sews clothes to order. In everyday survival, the girl, getting out of her strength, sometimes does not find a minute to talk heart to heart with her mother, and often for it caustic remarks are pouring on her.
Modest, patient, capable of compassion, Madina forgives not only all the reproaches of the mother, but also betrayal of her friend Hamida, the causeless scandals of the curious neighbor of Ania, the prudence of elder brother Isak and the faithfulness by beloved husband Mirzenur. And after a sudden tragic death of her daughter, Talia Madina stopped seeing. Despite all the hardships of life, her proud, noble heart has not dried up, she continues to bring good, pure love to the world and people. Her kindness, steadfastness, ability to forgive saved from the anger and waste of the spiritual forces of many surrounding people, who changed for the better and asked her for forgiveness for undeserved insults.
Madina is the embodiment of the spirit’s aristocracy, the person who, with her spirituality, can transform reality, “says Mirzabek Mirzabekov, the stage director and People’s Artist of Dagestan. The author of the play sings this image, and therefore, when the question of the premiere show arose, Toufan Minnullin’s work was chosen. One of the main thoughts, which the play bears in itself, is to be able to forgive, because, perhaps, forgiveness will be useful to you. Forgiveness is the key to personal peace and calm. According to the author’s idea of the work, forgiveness is the very gift that helps the main heroine save herself from despair and frustration. Through her forgiveness, all the surrounding people realize how petty and insignificant is what they fill their lives with.
This performance – a hymn to a woman, the embodiment of spiritual purity, it imbued with caress, tenderness, warmth – continues Mirzabekov. – The hall did not remain indifferent. Even the most persistent of the audience wiped tears from their eyes.
